Booking

A. Reservation Confirmation

Upon completing the online booking process, the user will receive an email confirmation. The reservation is binding unless the user notifies Mont Bar of any discrepancy without undue delay.

B. Cancellation Terms – 72‑Hour Window (Policy for All Bookings)

1–4 Guests:

• Menu options: À la carte, Classic Tasting Menu (160 €/person), or Mont Tasting Menu (190 €/person).

• All guests must select the same menu option.

• Cancellations, modifications, or guest reductions made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation, or failure to arrive, will incur a charge equivalent to the full price per guest of the selected menu.

• Advance payment, when required, is non‑refundable, unless cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance—in which case it may be credited for a future reservation valid for six months.

5–10 Guests:

• Only the Mont Tasting Menu (190 €/person) is permitted.

• A prepayment of 190 €/person is required upon booking and is non‑refundable.

• Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation (including guest reductions) will result in forfeiture of the full prepayment.

C. Late Arrivals

Tables are held only for 15 minutes beyond the reservation time. No-show without timely notification may result in cancellation and apply the no‑show policy.

D. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Events such as illness, hospitalization, flight cancellation, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions do not exempt users from the cancellation policy. However, users may submit validated supporting documents, which may be considered at Mont Bar’s sole discretion. Any refund, credit, or alternative offered under these circumstances is purely a gesture of goodwill and does not modify the established policy.

E. Administrative Fees

Any non-refundable administrative or processing fee outlined at booking remains non-reimbursable under all circumstances.
